Probably not, but you are going to be unable to qualify for a license for a very long time and you are looking at probation and serious fines. Probably a heavy lawsuit also.

Doubtful that you'll go to jail, but it may be preferable to the sh*t that should fall down on you from your parents.

Driving without insurance is beyond dumb. If the person you hurt decides to file a lawsuit of any kind, your parents could lose quite a bit, including their home and assets. They are responsible for the damage you cause, and if they're like other parents, they work far too hard to allow you to destroy it all.

Learn from this.

More than likely a very very hefty fine for the 4 citations, suspension of the driver's license (if you had one), and driving school. Then, comes the insurance company and potential for any future wages to be garnished to settle medical debts.

Being an older guy I can tell you that the best thing to is look in the phone book for a traffic lawyer. Usually the first talk, or phone call is free. Depending on your state the punishment can vary. I dont see you going to jail. Community service probably.

I was hit by a drunk driver and he only did the first night in jail, then got bond, and then sentenced to community service. So, with that being said I doubt you will. The only thing you really need to worry about is injuries and property damages. You or your parents could end up owing some money. I also had a friend who got pulled over with all of those charges (not in an accident though) and the cops just made him walk home with a court date. He ended up getting a lot of fines, but no jail time. Let this be a lesson learned! Good luck!!!
