I was in car accident, no one was hurt but i ive didnt have a license and never had one. What will happen?

Well, if the other party knows you do not have a license, you could be sued/fined/and have your license suspended. Getting your license may not necessarily help in this case because the court can easily get that information. If no one was hurt and if the other party didn't know you were unlicensed, you could be dismissed. Is this your actual court date or is it a pre-trial (where they will assign your actual court date, normally the first step of the process) during the pre-trial they may dismiss your case if they find it is not worth the time.

Well for one you are going to get a driving without a license ticket and will not be able most likely to get a license for a while and when you do you will have to pay a drivers responsability fee first, as for fees court fees vary and not sure what your ticket will cost.

I would be surprised if you'll even be able to get your license since you were in an accident; especially if you were ticketed in the accident because the DMV will have record of your driving without a license.

I suspect they will. Driving without a license generally involves a license suspension or a prohibition on getting a license for some length of time if you don't already have one. I suspect that the charges will be traffic citations rather than misdemeanors. This means you won't have a criminal record. If you can tell me what you are charged with a can give you more information.

Well, you will be looking at a very pricey ticket there. Did you have insurance? If not, there's another fat ticket to slap onto your bill. Was a cop there after the accident? He should have already citied you for this, and tell you what was going to heppen.

If you were driving without a license, there's no way they'll give you your license before your court date... Even if they did, that won't help your case at all. You were still driving without your license and apparently wrecklessly as well, and there's a very large chance they will revoke your ability to get your license for at least another year or more, not to mention your insurance rates will be through the roof and you will have to pay a large fine and court fees.

The worst they can give you is 5 to 10 in Woolworths ,Dont worry to much about it,you will get a small fine , Each state has different laws about D>L
