he asked for our numbers and called our parnets. is it a possibility that i might still have to go to court or get a ticket? i am a minor. would i have to go to juvenile court?
or since he didnt give us a ticket or anything while we were there do you think nothing will happen?

I know NOTHING about law and stuff... but i seriously don't think you'd go to court for laying in the road hahahahahhah wtf?? laying in the road!!
Maybe just a warning to your parents or something telling them that THEIR CHILD WAS LAYING IN THE ROAD HAHAHAH (sorry this is too funny) |

He didn't give you a ticket, he didn't refer it to court, he took your information in case something happened later. He gave you a warning. Use it to learn.
There are numerous cases of people being run over on accident while lying in the street. I have personally worked one. The 20 something youths were imitating a scene from a football movie when a driver who did not see them ran them over. The driver had his attention drawn to the cheerleaders on the shoulder of the road cheering them on. Result, one dead, one crippled for life. |
