Report him for what? He may have been pulling you over based on your cars description, but your physical appearance did not match the BOLO.

Would you want to report you if he gave you a ticket? I don't understand why people are always trying to find bogus reasons to report cops. Did he call you names or make fun of you? Did he demean you on the side of the road. Or did he just say..."oops" and walk off? If that's the case...you have no clue why he let you go. Could be because you weren't the person he was looking for.

He may have been looking for a short skinny guy and you didn't fit the description ... can't tell until you are out of the car. Did you do something to be pulled over? I doubt if he was intimidated by your size ... he would have just shot you and then ask for your ID. lol.

Report him? Maybe he was checking out a description of a car involved in a crime that your vehicle matched up to and you didnt match the description of the driver that he had.
