ok So I came home and Found my house desroyed and our door kicked in.
My qwestion is, How heavy/strong do you need to be to be able to kick open a dubble latched solid oak door???....
Additional Details
Also, forgot to add that we know for a fact someone kicked it open. There was a shoe print on the ouside of the door. No other object was used, there was no dents or marks other then stress marks from the inpact.
And yes it was a dubble latched, solid oak door. The door was KICK in.

5'4" ~ 120 pounds. and she steps in looking like she just brushed the door aside. i'd probably bruise my shoulder. it's usually the latches that go. |

That would depend on how bad the person wanted to get in. They could have used something like a ram or something heavy to hit the door, or a shoulder would do the job if hit hard enough, but likely to cause a sore shoulder. A solid kick also does the job if the person is strong or motivated enough. |

The door was solid oak but how strong was the door jab the lock was latched to...It doesn't take much if the frame is weaken already or in poor shape |
