I was wondering if any other prisoners are online and how many hours Internet use are you allowed?

I'm in Risley and if I'm a good girl to the male screws they allow me 2 hours on line.

This is truly appalling. Why should convicted criminals be allowed any time online?
I have to work hard to pay for my internet connection. Now it appears I have to pay taxes to allow common criminals to go online. Disgusting.

I'm currently in prison and can tell you we are not allowed internet access, we don't even have a pc.

Yes, you could say I'm in prison. At work, but I can't say the name of the company. Here every day (Monday to Friday) 9-5. It's like an open prison, I can go home to sleep. Awful, but I more or less get all day to be here if I want to as I can stop my work anytime to answer a question before I go back to what I stopped doing.

well I am not allowed to go out......outside my room. I also have someone who keeps an eye on me......but i live in my house and legelly I AM NOT A PRISIONER AND "supposed to be living in a respectable society". But after hearing you guys I somehow feel am i a prisioner?................. :-)

I was in marshgate prison in doncaster, we had access to computers but no internet access. Think yourself lucky.
