Okay well I'm 15 almost 16, and I don't get along with my parents anymore. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I've been keeping my grades up, I've been helping out around the house, I just don't know what I'm doing wrong. Its not a surprise to them that I do hang out with my friends every Friday after school for 3 hours, but they won't allow it anymore, and I don't see why I can't go out. My curfew is about 7-8 o clock I get home on time or at least 2-5 minutes late. Also i haven't been able to get my necessities lately as in cloths, refill supplies for school and so on. I asked if i could get a job for myself this one day, and my parents were furious with me. I do want more freedom I don't have a job but i will be looking for one soon as in about 1 month or 2.
I feel that every time I talk to my parents or if I ask them for a favor
often times they would ignore me and not listen to what I have to say and they would interrupt me. So please help me out,

To be emancipated, you need the permission of your parents. You will have to show the court system that you are fully capable of supporting yourself ( you already have a full time job) and at your age, you will also have to show that you will continue to at least finish your high school education.
Only actual advice that might be useful is to talk to your guidance counselor at school about the home life. See if you and your parents can get into a counseling program to find out what the underlying problems are. Of course, I am only hearing your side of this. I am sure it isn't quite so simple coming from Mom and Dad, but that is what counseling is all about.
