Yes. I can guarantee you that somewhere down the line you'll need a degree to be eligible for promotion. Take one core class (English, Science, Math) and two electives (maybe Police Admin, Narcotics, Criminal Law) per semester. The core classes are more challenging, while the elective law enforcement classes consume less homework time. You'll be getting degree required core classes for a future degree and the electives (also necessary for a degree) will show your interest in law enforcement. |

To be considered, you should take English, math, a social science (probably psychology) and maybe something else that interests you, although a criminal justice class would be preferable. |
