the p.o. usually about finding a job?
have met with one and she gave me a "financial assesment" form to fill out and bring in next week.
she told me that unless you are disabled, that it doesnt look very likely that i will get any differet treatment i am guessing this.
but if you have NO place to stay and are basically homeless, how PUSHY is the P.O. going to be about finding a job?
i am taking 8 anger management classes and told P>O i am looking for a job, as well as a place to stay.
she asked for a phone number and told me she HAD to have one, but i told her that i dont have one, and she accepted my email, but i am wondering IF this will change and why.
also, what do you do normally if not paying money?
you just show up and say hi?
or is she there to PUSH you to find a job?
what can she do, if you just are "finding" one?
please explain.

depends on your PO. Some will actually help you find resources to help you, some wont. Its a vicious circle. You need a place to live, so that you can find gainful employment and a place to sleep and shower, There may be help from the National Homeless Coalition. If you are a Vet contact your homeless co coordinator they may help especially if you are male. There are very few resources for female vets. If you have fines and are not working you could be in violation of your probation and end up back in jail. They always seem to think that you can pull jobs out of the air. With a record , its hard to find a job in this economy since there are so many people jobless. |
