Well...your mistake here is NOT going to the police as soon as it happened if you were so upset about it. Just saying...I have a feeling that he broke up with you and now you want revenge?? Possible? You make absolute sure this is not the case before you go to the police and attempt to mess up his life over it. Karma will get you! It always does. I suspect that it was not rape, and at the time, you were not all that upset about it, or you would have come forward a lot earlier than this. You can't prove it. All you can do at this point is cast a doubt on him, and force yourself to go through a lot of hassle that you don't really want to deal with. I think at this point, you just move on and quit talking to him, and thinking about him.

You can't prove it. So it's your word against his. If you said no that would definitely be a criminal act on his part. But if you were totally asking for it by sending out other signals, then he is not guilty. Did you try to get away?

It is certainly a crime; whether it is rape or not depends on the specific legal definition of rape in your state.

Proving it will be a matter you will discuss with the officers. Given that it was 17 days ago, it is not likely there will be any evidence they could gather from a physical examination. At this point all you can do is tell the truth and let the Officers decide if there is something they can work with.

I would think to be raped you need to be under restraint of some sort. If he prevented you from leaving it could be. Molestation is another story. I'm pretty sure that qualifies.
