Flipping nothing (do remember people have long memories). Peeing, damage to property or aggravated battery in some states if it hits someone, considered a dangerous noxious substance. While in custody you can be forced to give blood for testing.

Go ahead give it a go, probably you will end up on the wrong side of a Baton if not immediately then as soon as you are in a camera dead spot (known by all Police Officers). So think long and hard before you decide to test the mettle of a Police Officer.
