If I meet a girl who says she is 21 and turns out to be 17, is it my fault if I fock her and film it? Why dosnt she get arrested?
If I go out to a red light area and pick up a horny female, offering a fock for some money, why is it my fault? And, why dont I get my money back if I didnt receive the service. Not only am I the only one fined, but the prossie gets to keep my money without doing the work.

yes, anytime the other person is under age, no matter if you knew or did not know it is still against the law.
So it is your obligation to verify thier age before you do anything. |

You don't get your money back because you tried to make a contract for an illegal good or service with someone who does not have contractual capacity (is a minor). This contract is void so you essentiallly gave this girl a gift.
My advice: Next time ID the girl and make sure she is eighteen. |
