Yes, you have two choices. If the issue is points. Show up at court early. Wear a suite. Ask for the prosecutor. Be VERY polite. They will typically substitute a non-moving violation with the same or slightly higher fine. The officer has to agree, so again be polite. If the issue is money, again go to court but this time, tell the judge all about your financial hardship. It should involve children, the elderly, medical problems, and the like. The judge will reduce your fine or put you on a payment schedule. |

You probably just have a fine to pay, and your insurance MAY go up a little, and points on your license... =/
its hard for an average joe to get out of a speeding ticket, unless you know the judge, prosecutor, or arresting officer. Only those guys can reduce fines |

you would need to go to court and contest the ticket. but having a previously good record is probably not enough to get rid of the ticket. |
