If I got pulled over by a policeman for speeding.........?

It was great to hear from what appear to be genuine police officers. I guess while giving a spanking to such a naughty girl would be great fun for all involved, the reality of losing a job makes the proposition a little less tempting. However, Baka has given us the ultimate seed for the perfect answer. He would give you the spanking himself! I will build on this, by suggesting that I dress up as an Australian Police Officer (this gives the situation an interesting international flavor for an American bare bottom) and enforce the law myself with the "HAND OF JUSTICE". I would transfer the authority to do this to 'yours truely' by paying the fine. I would then require the young lady in question to dress appropriately for the occaision (short innocent skirt). I would then need to hear the speedster say sorry etc. and beg forgiveness. She would then need to slowly crumple to the ground as she faces me, her hands slowly sliding down my legs to slow down her fall. She would then be staring at my serious face in the reflection of my highly polished police boots. Baka, my partner, would suggest a 'code 0096' from the sidelines. I order you to get up and lie on the bonnet of the police vehicle. I then order you (imagine Australian accent) to pull up your skirt and then I ask her what she thinks she deserves. But she must be very polite and not a smart *** at all! If she is good, then a formal spanking will be administered. After every smack, she must say 'thank you sir, I will never speed again'. Then Baka can give it a go just to be on the safe and legal side. If the cheeks are red enough and the 'thank yous' sincere, then justice will be proclaimed to have been served

I would probably laugh my *** off! You'd still get the citation, but you'd give me a great laugh. No police officer in his right mind would take you up on that offer as tempting as it might be. It'd be a nice alternative to writing a citation, but since spankings aren't tracked on my activity, I'd have to pass.

Well, I'd probably find that very funny. But no sorry, won't get you out of a ticket.

Though the good news is, I do hand out more warnings then tickets (without spankings), so you may just be lucky to begin with.

Seriously though. Is good intentioned as you may be. Saying something like that generally isn't a good idea. An officer might take it the wrong way and write you for attempting to bribe him.

Or if does go through with your idea, he may be fired.

Only if it's a policeman that isn't worried about losing his badge. As much as I know some cops that would love you turn you across the hood of the car to teach you an effective lesson (I've known a few spanko cops), they'd be too afraid of being charged with inappropriate behavior.

Now, I'll happily attend to your misbehavior, young lady, though I can't do anything about the ticket, except maybe pay it for you.

No, most cops I know would have a good laugh if you asked that, after having been given a ticket. Of course, they wouldn't actually DO IT, unless they wanted to lose their job.

Come to think of it...that should definitely be a required punishment for traffic offenders!

When I make the traffic stop, I'm 95% sure whether I'm going to write a ticket or give a warning. Assuming speeding is the only thing I have I will usually give a warning for 12 over and down. Now, if you ask for a warning it's an automatic ticket! If your female and you cry, it's an automatick ticket! If your attitude stinks, it an automatic ticket!

In other words, be kind and provide the information requested and you might just get a warning.

Accept the ticket. You do not want to be charged with a bribe. There is no Officer that would do nothing else, but hand you a ticket. So don't try to bribe him/her.

Although I'm sure that he would be tempted to oblige you and give you what you want. I think the best recourse would be to accept the ticket while being completely respectful to the officer. If you feel like being a little naughty and if you see that he does not have a ring on his finger, ask him what time he gets off work.

go for the spanking. Some will and some won't. I would say 50/50. some want something else instead of spanking you. then you have to use your own judgement. Just be careful where you go and who you are dealing with. Most of them are fun loving boys!!! I love getting pulled over. Its really fun when they say "spread your legs for me please" and youre not even being arrested!!! Life is good.
