If I have a restraining order....?

I have a restraining order against my ex boyfriend. Everything he owns is in my storage shed at my house. How do I get everything out if he is not allowed within a 100 yards of my house.

I am also afraid he will still from me. He already took my camcorder and camera when he was kicked out with the EPO.

I would contact one of his family members or friends to come and get his things, or have one of your friends/family members call to arrange it. Have someone there with you when his friend/family member comes.

If that doesn't work, see if a friend/family member can arrange to drop off the things with him or someone else.

If you need additional help, call an attorney or use the yellow pages in your phone book to find help.

he can have a police officer bring him over there or meet him there to get it, but he cant get it with u there thats for sure

In VA the law is on his side. You are in illegal possession of his property. He has rights to it. Get it to him before he wises up and gets a deputy sheriff to get it for him. YOU dont WANT this. just trust me.
