No. If you are a felon you are dirt. You deserve no rights, and if the cop has any good values he will slay you like the animal you are. You do not deserve a trial, strike one and your out. The fact that you claim to be a repeat offender makes me question our legal system. |

legally you can only defend yourself if you can prove that the officer was maliciously trying to kill you. but on another note i bet he would probably cite you for something stupid and tell you to move along. Why try and start problems? |
