I've never heard "grass them up" before. It seems obvious that you mean "turn them in" (I'll never understand why some ppl have to be difficult about stuff like that)
Anyways to answer your question, I think it depends on why or how they did it. If it was accidental, no. If it was a sort of revenge, probably not. If it was some uni bomber or Jeffery Dahmer stuff, I'd turn them in. I wouldn't be too worried about the harboring or accessory aspect too much. Family is family, depending on the family member of course. I'd do time for family if it was for the "right reason".

If "Grass them up" means turn them in, yes, I would. I'd be an accessory to murder/abstructing justice if I knew they committed the crime but didn't turn them in. Those are crimes in themselves and punishable in a court of law.

.. .this can't be good

yes i would have to turn them in if that is what grass them up means. i would not want to go in front of God on judgement day and aswer to him for not doing the right thing

depends on why they did it.

If grass them up means turn them in- yes. The fact that you know and said nothing, depending on the state that you live in, could mean that you could be arrested as an accessory after the fact. If it was a clear cut case of self defense then the person should have had no problem turning themself in. If it was a cold blooded killing, then turn them in
Why should someone's family be left to suffer from the unsolved death of a member of their family. How would you feel if the shoe was on the other foot and it was your friend of family member that was killed and the person was never brought to justice. Think about that and make a decision if this is a dilemma you are facing. How do you know that this person won't turn on you becuase you could possibly be a "loose" end that could get them put away? You don't.

Depends on there reasoning...if it was self defense or the person they killed hurt my famikly in anyway then I would understand...if it was a Jeffrey Dahmer situation I would disown them...
