Say two wrestlers were, well, wrestling and one of them did like a bad take down or something and it killed the other wrestler, would he be charged with murder??
Because, even though the death was an accident they were hurting each other intentionally. So I was just wondering.

Translation - "killed by another person, without premeditation or intent" Similar to any other "staged fight scene". Sometimes, even with the best choreography, accidents happen.
The wrestler is no more likely to be charged with a crime than the stunt coordinator of a movie when a stuntman dies on the set. |
