If an intruder cuts your phone lines,does that mean he/she intends to do more than rob you?

If an intruder cuts your phone lines, it means he wants to hamper your ability to communicate. That can be incoming or outgoing communications- so it could also be a part of disabling your alarm system. Either way, it's probably not safe to stay where you are- either run, or grab a weapon and fight.

i think that if a person cuts the lines that they just want to slow down the police if they did i would look into getting a cell phone
