Case is domestic violence .I want to take children with me.Is that will be a problem? I am not citizen, children are.

What kind of a case is it? You can leave as long as you are back in time for the trial. If you were the suspect or the accused, there are some stipulations as whether or not you can leave. If you were the accused and posted bail you could not leave. If you're a witness you can. If you don't come back in time for the trial, you could be issued a contempt charge and have a warrant out for you.
