Once you walk into that facility you have very few rights and you must do as told.... you do not have the right to request anything.

Chances are you aren't going to get a single cell. Ever hear of overcrowding? I would suggest taking care of your warrant so you don't have to go to jail in the first place. |

WOW good question, but if you say you have aids they can test you or put you with someone else who has aids, and that would wourk with any problem you came up with. |

If you have a warrant you must have done something against our laws. Laws are not made to be broken. Society requires laws. So if you get pulled over I am sorry you are going to jail and you will be in there with all the other law breakers. What makes you a special law breaker? |

ON A WARRANT YOU CAN BAIL OR BOND OUT?
HAVE NOT SEEN A SINGLE CELL SINCE 1968. FULL TO CAPACITY AND THEN SOME.
IF YOU DO GET PICKED UP AND ARE THROWN INTO A TANK, SLEEP ON YOUR BACK.
AIDS WILL GET YOU AN AIDS PARTNER FOR SURE SWEEEETY.
MENTAL ILLNESS WILL GET YOU IN WITH ALL THE LOONIES ARRESTED THAT NIGHT.
JUST ASK FOR THE INNOCENT TANK THERE ARE A LOT OF THEM LIKE YOU THERE WITH INNOCENT WARRANTS. |

LOL. This is not a hotel, where you get to request your accommodations. This is jail. You will go where they tell you, or they will forcibly put you there. |

This is what I have heard being done in the past when a certain friend was incarcerated, at the time of booking he would request to be placed in P.C.
P.C. = Protective Care, or known as suicide watch.
But you need be mindful when doing this, it is no picnic as you are stripped of all clothing and placed in a paper type gown, a guard keeps a constant watch over your cell, you get no phone calls, no visitors, no recreation or yard time. And you do get visits from a psychologist or head shrink.
I would rather do time in general population, at least that way you would get some perks like commissary,phone calls, visitors and yard time. |

ok if u get pulled over jus remain calmb the more u coraperate with them the better off u are.... i would jus tell them ur scared hints the reason i skipped bail and ask for solidary confine mint... from personal experances there are solidary confindments and the more u coroperate the betta u are but dont let them fool u u are still american and still have certain rights and most police officers are extermly nice...as long as u show them respect... but haye jus do the speed limit and dont get into a wreck and if its out of state charges.... somtimes they dont even wanna waste there money to come get u unless its hudge and u spend one night in the station u were arrested with and thats that.... |

Yea, why don't you try that... I'm SURE that jail staff will be more than glad to accomodate you. Instead of the Drunk Tank, maybe you can get a cell in the Big Boy Tank.... They'd enjoy you in there.....
