well you did not say what state. does it say on the ticket court appearance necessary? call the court and see if your on the docket. if you are supposed to go and you don't they wil suspend your license. then if you get caught driving you can go to jail. |

Absolutely, or you will have thrown away the fee you paid.
You need the certificate from the school to go to the court where your ticket was. If you don't follow the court order you may be in contempt of court, which is more trouble than a ticket. |
