If i signed a diversion contract with a curfew of 9 but my officer says i can break that curfew with family?

i signed a diversion contract stating that i would have a curfew of 9 mon - thur and sun and 10 fri sat but my diversion officer says i can break that to go on a trip. what do i do because i also signed saying i would obey my officer? is she allowed to add that in as a part of my deal with the district attorney? should i get her to write this down? they did not have anything in the contract saying that they could alter the contract post me signing it.

It MUST be included in the contract to be legally binding. Don't take a chance on it otherwise.
