You could be arrested for indecent exposure and if they wanted to, they could probably find your DNA. However, I don't think they would go to the trouble. |

of course you could be arrested. heresay evidence is admitted in court every second of the day...the cops and judges will believe the complaintant, why would he lie??? he didn't know you from adam..and yet he called the cops on you for no reason at all??? i find that hard to believe, and so will the cops and judges..STOP PEEING IN PUBLIC!! |

its unlikely, now if the cops saw you it would be a different story, but as it is it is your word against his unless he takes a picture or video or more than one credible witness saw you nothing will happen. I wouldn't make a habit of it. He should invest in a pellet gun. |
