all adults in the work force are required to pay taxes
illegals live an undercover lifestyle and usually work for individuals or companies that pay them "under the table"
Any individual who is doing this should be reported
and the same goes for Companies, its against the law.
And it ends up costing everyone more

So-called "illegals" are tolerated exactly because their employers withhold taxes and FICA -- often in the names of phony people -- so the workers never get credit for the tax and can't ask for a refund; and never get the social security pension that they paid for.

Ironically, the reason people are complaining about "illegals" now is that the ones who are in the USA are afraid to go home (as the article says) because they doubt they could get back in.

Illegals are probably being paid under the table.Plus the employers who hire illegals are not reporting their employment.
You are charged taxes because your employer reports you to the state & federal governments.

Every illegal you see working in "legitimate" jobs, such as in fast food or restaurant kitchens, where they draw a paycheck instead of being paid under the table is paying taxes. They pay FICA, state taxes, unemployment, state disability when applicable, and the employer pays their share of the taxes as well.

This money, by no means a small amount, goes to the government. When the illegals retire or are disabled they are unable to apply for SSI so they cannot claims benefits for the taxes they have paid.

Plus illegals buy things, paying sales tax and keeping the economy afloat because they spend money.

Primarily the reason you are forced to pay extortion to the government is because the government has grown exponentially and is doing things not authorized by the constitution, such as entitlement programs, while ignoring basic mandates of the constitution, such as securing the borders.

illegals work tax free by default. they are out of the tax system and essentially they do not exist!
if we all did the work illegals are doing instead of bumming around I believe we could not have the problem of illegal immigration

How do you think the government pays to maintain everything? If you don't like taxes go move to a country that doesn't have any. They also get paid a helluva lot less than you do.

illegals dont work tax free , they fact is that is part of the reson the government allows illegal workers , they almost always have a phony social security number , so they get taxed on the paycheck , but they never file taxes or get any money back. so they taxes taken from there check stays with the government ......it is wrong and they are a drain on our public services like medicare and welfare , but to say they never pay taxes is false ........
