Uh, no. If you think you have enough evidence of a cop picking on you, you can sue for harassment and abuse of legal process. If you can't get a lawyer to take your case, take a hint--maybe it's not the cop, it's you. Using physical force is called "self-help", and our society has decided that it makes more sense to use courts and the legal system than self-help.
