Call him over to your house for dinner, then call the cops. That always works I call it the bait and switch. |

Getting him arrested will have no effect on his child support payments, and in fact will make it more difficult for him to pay child support.
If you want to get him to pay child support, then file a petition with the court to garnish his wages, or get a lien on his property, or seize his bank accounts for back payments. |

You could try walking into the police station nearest where he lives and tell them he's home has a warrant and ask if it is possible for them to go pick him up. It probably depends on the department but some cities are very cooperative in theat regard. I would not suggest playing games with nlaw enforcement though like making something up to get them to go there. They do not like being played like that. Deal honestly with them and you'll be surprised how they may help you. |

it's just a matter of time before he's caught you wanted to you could call the police and tell them he's at his parents house but you need to be sure or if you have he license number you can guve that to them also he will mess up if he gets a ticket he will go to jail you have to do the leg work the child support div is lazy you have to find him you have to tell them everything and get it done or it probably won't they have many men/women that don't pay and not enough people just remember if he spends time in jail your not going to get any money for every day he spends in jail that money is taken away from you so you might not want to but him in jail take him to court or attach his wages that's even better have the child support div send a letter to his work then you will get money and he will be working that's a better way good luck |

If you know for sure ( not think) he is at a certain place. You call the police when he isthere and report it. |

Tell the court where you suspect he is staying give the address, what automobile he is driving (make, year and model), license plate number. Call the police when you see him driving by and inform them what direction he is traveling.
Good Luck!! |

Find out where he is and let the police know. |

You could call the police and advise them where he is living and what he is driving. |
|

.. .this can't be good

I would tell the police where he is and when he's there, but don't be disappointed if they don't jump on it. Sometimes they will act and sometimes they don't. |

A bench warrant is a warrant that doesn't send police to his place of residence. It merely allows them to arrest him if he is pulled over, or stopped by police in any other fashion. Maybe you should stalk him like alot of other single moms do to their baby daddy. If he has a warrant for another offense, the bench warrant for support will hold him. |

call the police and tell them that so and so has a warrent and he lives at this address they should pick his butt up. |

His license doesn't have anything to do with child support. Obtain the plate number of the car. Call the Police, and tell them there is a warrant out for this person. Give all the vehicle information, and state where you believe he is staying. You can also tell them that he has been seen driving in the area. |

Why don't you just call the local station and tell them you know of someone with a bench warrant out and where he lives.
Sorry to hear that he's not doing right by his daughter. Remember this though, revenge sounds so good, but never feels good. If you want to get him, take him to court. He is responsible. The judge will tell him to get a job if he doesn't have one and make a determination of his earning potential. Then he will be responsible, from the day the child is born, to provide the back child support in that amount. |

Check and see if he is actually at his parents house if he is call 911 and tell them the address. and as far as the license being suspended I am not sure. |

Well here in Virginia they let the fathers get away with alot. My daughters ex is 39,000 behind and we have had him in court 3 times and each time he did a purdge of 1,000 and the last time didn't pay it all. She put papaers in again and he didn,t show for his appointed lawyer so the put a warrant out but I guess they haven,t issued it that has been awhile. He lives in another part of Va about 8 hours from us and never comes here to see family and doesn't even call his girls or anything. Oh yea and forget the tax refund of any being sent to her he doesn't do taxes he works under table so for anyone that is owed anything dont' hold your breath the way we look at it if he is in jail she isn't missing anything he doesn't pay anyway. He is missing out on 3 young girls that are turning into lovely respectable young ladies thanks to their mom who works hard to do for them. We say what goes around comes around and someday it will come to him. But like I said before don't hold your breath if the sheriffs department in the area they live in feels like going to the address they will other wise it will not happen until they get picked up for something else. |

In response to an earlier comment, yes having him picked up on his bench warrant will get her child support. In my county in Northern Michigan the max bail for a Child Support Bench warrant is 500 plus court costs and fees. The 500 goes to the custodial parent to help pay the unpaid child support. If you know where he is (for example, if you have just picked up your child and he is at home) you can call the police and they can arrest him right there and he will sit in jail until his bail is paid. |
