A case related to both Indiana & Illinois----If you're arrested in Indiana , Ilinois falsified reports accusing me of commiting crimes in Texas, my HOME STATE . Then Illinois sent this report to a Police agency in TX., because He took my hometown off my drivers license and contacted the local police department. Stating that I had outstanding cases in 3 other counties . There is no proof to his statements. He also had me falsely arrested in an Illinois County ON DRUGS! When I was in the holding pin waiting to go in front of the judge they came and got me and told me "Oh, you're not wanted here!" Sorry Social Security numbers don't match! Wrong Guy. Ooophs! There are 17 other people with the same name as me in the state of Illinois!. He moved me around to 5 police stations, for 5 days, I lost my job. He would not give me a lawyer! Hear that NO LAWYER. I am 5"3", 190 lbs., brown hair, blue eyes. The victims police report from texas, says the suspect is 5"11", 260 lbs. BLACK Hair, Brown eyes. How can he do this? If you are taken into custody Don't they run a background check when they arrest you nationwide????? To see if you have any other warrants on you? I am so discussed. No previous criminal record! I missed the birth of my first baby girl! I don't know too much about the criminal system but shouldn't he have run a background check to see if there were any warrants in other states instead for sending reports, accusing me. I was not tried nor convicted! What's wrong with this guy? How many other people is he doing this to? I really want to know about the nationwide back ground check cause shouldn't he have done a check? Instead of sending false reports all over the place?

Contact a lawyer, not us. You may have a case against this police officer if he did all you said. If it was just mistake Identity you may not want to waste your money. They do make mistakes. |
