uhh is your application still on file with the dept?how long will the dept hold your application?some depts hold apps for up to a year. what was the reason you didn't get hired? were you interviewed,tested and rejected?or is it just a matter of the positions available were filled?do you meet the basic requirements?go back every 30 to 60 days and check your status and for job postings |

Keep on keeping on, keep applying, applying, applying either they will get sick of seeing your resume and have an interview and done deal, or just be curious who you are that you keep sending the resumes. |

yes you can. You may want to check with the police dept. Most companies will tell you that if you are not hired you do not need to reapply for a certain amount of time and they keep your resume/application on file. Some keep them for 3, 6 or 12 months. But working in management, I know that most hiring managers do not go through older applications. |
