how much time in jail will the judge sentence you?
i have a friend that failed to do 200 hours of community service and didn't show up to court. he got cought and is now detained and going to court. approximatly how much time will he be doing? cuz he has a no bail amount charged

he is being charged with a misdemeaner. and one of his bail ammount is 5,000 dollars and 200 hrs of community service. i figure is no more than a year right?

Maybe 6 monthes AFTER the trail and your friend has to be held in court tell the trail and then to do your time and also the time for not doing the communtiy service |

First your friend has to go in front of the original sentencing judge who will decide if your friend can go hme or has to do time inside jail. If your friend has a misdemeanor crime then the time should not be to much . I figure 200 hours of community service may equal 4-6 months, but once again it's totally up to the judge. |
