When you are placed on probation, you sign a paper promising to break no laws. That is one of the terms of probation. You say your Mom is worried, but why didn't she worry BEFORE she chose to break the law?

It is a violation of probation and she will probably have her probation revoked and sent to complete the original sentence.

The probation that is set forth outlines all of the violations, and what the punishment is for those violations. I would imagine that if your mom got a DUI that smoking weed would be a violation.

Yes it is a violation. She has broken a law. It is possible that they will jail her or maybe try to get her some help since she appears to have a problem with dependence on alcohol/drugs. Maybe she should go that route, asking for help with her addiction.

yes thats actually what they are testing for boozes exit the body in an hour or two but weed and drugs stay for days so i would get some stuff to clean out her system and fast

Yes it is a violation, but it doesn't necessarily mean she'll go to jail. It depends on her PO. Tell her to buy Detoxify by ReadiClean. It will clean her out and only costs $40. Works in 1 night.

I'm not sure but if you are on probation, and you do so much as kill a fly they will throw your *** in jail!!! so next time get someone to piss in a condom and tape it to your inter thy so when you go to take a piss test all you have to do is warm it up with some worm water. worked for me. :)

im on probation and im testing tomarrow i have a medical card and my probation officer is pretty cool what do you think the chances are in getting violated i have never had a drug offense or dui
