If you are over 21 and go to a party that had underage drinkers....?

.... are you guilty of any sort of crime even if you did not buy any alcohol?

I don't see why you would be guilty of any sort of crime if you did not buy any of the alcohol and did not give any of it to the underage drinkers. The people that held the party would be guilty of a crime though since they allowed the underage people to come to the party that had alcohol and for allowing them to drink.

Just a guess.
I'd say that if you had knowingly supplied alcohol to an underage person then yes, you could face charges. But the authourities might find that difficult to prove.
