you get your permit taken, and u cant get your license until your 18...u get a ticket, your insurance goes up. Then your mom gets pissed and u get into ALOT of trouble. And yes u go to jail until your mom picks u up. U like handcuffs? because they cuff u,take your finger prints and pictures. ... also it depends on where u live if it stays on your record. |

by yourself? big trouble i suppose. maybe taken in and your parents have to come pick you up, and you wont be able to get ur license until your at least 18. |

Probably take you to the police station, make your parents pick you up, and you'd probably get a ticket, your permit would get an extra 6 or 12 months waiting period tacked on, and you may even have insurance costs raise. |

depends on the cop and what state youre in. more than likely youll goto the station because it clearly states you need a liscensed driver with you. so at the police station your parents would be called. being that you are underage, also you might lose your permit for a small time depending on exactly what you got pulled over for. if the that all happened...youd have a ticket as well |

Well first off WHITE plays NO part in this. But operating a mv without a license is ARRESTABLE in most if not all states. So you could get arrested and the car can be towed. A learners permit is just that a permit and you MUST have a licensed operator of age to be with you in the front seat.
He could also call your mom or dad and have them come to the scene. But I really don't think he/she would allow you to leave without your mom or dad minimum being there. |

You will likely be cited for driving without a license which can result in a suspension of your driving privileges. It is standard for anyone under age 18, that is cited by police, to contact their parents. This applies in my state, pennsylvania, and will be fairly consistent throughout the country. Most likely you won't do any time in jail however it is quite possible you will be detained until a parent/guardian picks you up. |

more than likely call your guardian to come get you and you and you would not get your license for a while a lot of bad stuff that really isn't worth it |

Cops have a lot of discretion when it comes to things like this, but you could probably expect a call to your mom and a ticket if you're lucky, and a trip to jail if you're not. |

as in (L)'s don't you have to have a fully liscensed sober awake person in the car with you? so wouldn't the cop take your learners away or such??

You'd get your license removed. As a learner you should abide by all the rules and be exceptionally careful as you don't have much experience and could be a danger to other drivers. You could get you learners back but only after a certain period of time. You might get a fine too.. |
