If you get DWI DUI with a suspension in one state are you able to drive in another?

Any state requires that a person have a " VALID LICENSE "

No!!! If she gets pulled over she will go to jail and the vehicle she is driving will be towed.
At least here in Calif.
Also tell her just one drink can get her another DUI if she is driving.

no, her license is suspended, so she has no license at all.

If she is caught, esp out of state, she may get locked up till she makes bail.

no your not allowed to drive in any other state. When a police officer runs your license plate random it will come back as an expired license ( if the vehicle your driving is registered to you that is ) and there is the probable cause to impound your vehicle and issue you more summonses.

Listen to what all of the others are telling you.
If she can't drive in Missouri she is probably still wanted on warrants etc.
She can try to go get a DL in the state you currently live in but I doubt she will even want to go there.
If she is as free and clear as she says she is,she can obtain another license from your current state and surrendereing her current Missouri license and could certainly drive in Missouri. . .unless there is something she isn't telling you.

You can only have a lisence in one state. If suspended in one, the other states won't give you one. So, I quess it can't be possible.

I went to get my DL in Nevada and they would not issue me one until I cleared up a speeding ticket I had in North Carolina. I doubt that she can legally drive when license has been revoked for DUI.

That is not true. If your girlfriend attempts to obtain a driver's license in another state the Missouri suspension will appear on her criminal background check and she will be denied a license in that state.

I would hope not. I assume when (if) she got the license where ever she failed to mention Missouri. But then I assume it's a state option and who knows.
What about insurance?
