Well my cousin got in a wreck when she was 14 without anybody, she can still get her license when she is 16. So did my other friend..It was a citation, which I guess is the same as a ticket..

According to the Florida DMV, you must fulfill all requirements to obtain your Class E license and have no convictions (tickets) within one year with your restricted license.

EDIT: Then I guess your argument is with the Florida DMV, I'm just giving you the law as stated.

Shouldn't matter - just make sure you go to the class and keep any documentation that you did.
