You are no longer a first-time offender. The first was the misdemeanor. The second was the failure to appear. Things will be a lot more serious from now on.

it doesn't matter what the charge is once a warrant has been filed for your arrest you will go to jail and then you will be seen by a judge usually within 72 hrs, the judge will then decide if you can post bail or if you will have your bail denied.
