2.5years ago i self harm... (dumb thing to do) but still.. i did and i have got over all my probs and im all fine

will this stop me in anyway of joining the police (UK)
also if anyone has info about joining with tattoos would be a good help aswell!!

im not that familiar with hiring practices of UK cops, but in the United States as long as you weren't taken into custody for Attempted Suicide or involuntarily commited to a mental institution than it should not be on your record and you should be fine.
