if you killed that person but he is unarmed and not a threat, then you are in trouble. Have a gun with his print on it to make it justify that you protected yourself. If not, you are in hot water. Oh,yes, just make sure there are no marks that indicate that you approached the body and placed the weapon yourself. |

Of course you have to call the police.
Concealing a death is a crime in itself, in most jurisdictions.
And, if you were to do this, then they would probably investigate you for murder, also. |

Its called murder, if you call the police and leave the body and don't touch any doors or anything maybe they can prove that the person was an intruder! If you bury them that hides any chance of figuring out what really happened. In the end you would be at fault if you decided to bury the person. I suggest you call the police if your ever in such a situation! |

Call 911 or get in to trouble with the "LAW" personally I'm all for putting through a chipper shredder and using them to fertilize my garden! But that is just me. Organic farming could use more organic compost. Maybe they should use the remains of executed prisoners for farming or gardening? At least they would truly give something back to society. In Texas we have the castle law that allows us to shoot and kill any intruder or person that is breaking into our homes or cars! |
