well you're in california so i cant be completely for sure, but in texas since this would be a felony yes you could get in trouble for it. In our penal code it is classified as failure to report felony which is a class B misdemeanor 180 days in county jail and 2000.00 fine. hope i helped

California's state laws are a little different the rest of the countyr. But since selling drugs is illegal I would report them, it is the moral and ethical thing to do.

first off why report a drug that has less effects than alcohol. the only reason why the government has legalized marijuana is because it's harder than hell to tax something you can grow in your house. Besides you're taking a lot on by being the cause of the takedown of a successful and well-liked club.

It's very risky, i'm sure the clubowners no some very influential people. I don't know about you but i don't like to have to look behind me everytime i'm walking down the sidewalk.

Also atleast these kids are relaxing and getting mellow. For example a good person once said. " You're at a ballgame the person on the right of you is standing up and screaming and jumping all around - is he drinking or smoking pot. But the person on your right is sitting down being quiet with a huge grin on his face - is he smoking pot or drinking.

Yes.. you are required to report it.. BUT... if you said nothing, the authorities would have to PROVE that you were aware of it and did not report it.. For myself.. I WOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER report anything because under our archaic judicial system and with the judges we have here in the U.S.(terrorist leaning), If I reported something, the archaic system would somehow make me the culprit and for that reason.. I would NEVER NEVER report anything

First off, in any state the only drugs sold such as marijuana, is for medical purposes and not sold in clubs. It is illegal to do this and, if later, it is proved you had knowledge of this, yes, you can be charged. Many states call this an accessory after the fact.

I would drop a dime on someone because we have enough issues with alcohol and the number of people, especially young teenagers, who die daily on the streets, we don't need additional drugs out there killing these kids off.

Until you have helped pull a lifeless body of a 17 year old out of what used to be a vehicle, and can hear a mothers screams from a block away, knowing a child she gave birth to is now dead, you cant imagine the feeling in the pit of your stomach. But today's young people think they are indestructible and nothing will get them, until its too late.
