If you "Egged" or "Toilet Papered" someones house would you get a ticket or lose your license?

Im just curious, would toilet papering or egging someones house have anything to do with possibly losing your license. Im 17, and I just got my license yesterday. Me and my friends are thinking of going egging tomorrow night, but im a little worried. I really don't wanna lose my license, so if I egged someones house and got caught would I lose my license. I do realize that if I were to take my friends in my car that would be breaking the law (since I haven't had my license a year yet). So would the police probably take away my license, or just make me pick up the mess or what? Would these two offenses go together and make matters worse for me? (in terms of getting ticket, etc).

No not really. Don't freaking get caught. Wear all black, cover your face. Be stealth, like a ninja. I set off a 555 shot bottle rocket battery in my neighbors front yard for being an *** to me, and I never got caught. There was literally nothing that could place me in his yard at the time. STEALTH. Make sure there isn't any cars, zero witnesses.

The official term for it will most likely NOT be vandalism. You will probably be charged (if caught..) with Criminal Mischief.

If your worried about the consequences, don't do it, period. That is all I have to say on this subject.

I don't cannot explicitly condone this type of behavior, and I'm not an attorney. Whatever you choose, be careful out there.

No, you wouldn't lose your license for egging someone's house. You'd get arrested. Vandalism is a criminal offense, meaning you'd go to juvenile hall, or possibly even jail. You're 17, and would most likely be tried as an adult. That means real prison.

If you have a Junior License, you can't drive without an adult- in some states, the adult must be at least 21. The only time this rule doesn't apply is if you are driving to school or to work- which you're obviously not. You also can't drive after certain hours. Since you egg people's houses at night, you'd probably be out too late. I also assume that your friend is not an adult. So by breaking these laws, your license will most likely be taken away.
If you have a Senior License, you can drive whenever you want without an adult. If you have one, you will not lose your license.

By just asking this you already have that little voice in your head giving you the answer. Good for you... to at least be listening a bit.

In this day and age you could get multiple charges and get your pants sued off of you. And yes in many places they would take away your license. Not to mention the fact that once your parents get done with you and with dealing with all of this you won't need a license anyway.

Listen to that inside voice.... it is a really bad idea.
