Run flat tyres are only effective at low speeds. Running them with no air in at high speeds will lead to a potentially devastating de-lamination of the tyre at high speed.
with regard to a police chase, all it may do is delay the inevitable. In fact it could go in the police's favour because officer will have more time to plot their next move. |

Depends on the tires. They only stay un-flat for a limited distance and I don't know whether that distance is affected by speed or not. But it's stupid to run from the police anyway. You'll just add charges to whatever you're running for. |

The Simple answer is no. This due to the loss in Control and Grip due to the Tires being "flat". These flat tires would degrade and fall off leaving you with just the wheels themselves.
Also when travelling at higher speeds it is advised to have higher tire pressures than usual. |

Yes they would help however you cannot outrun motorola, If you are considering such activities you should probably get a motorcycle much faster and easier to ditch then a car and you are less apt to kill someone outside of yourself on a bike then in a car. |
