Well I in Florida palm coast and I parked out in the culvasac one time overnight cause there was no room in my driveway and I got ticketed but I think it was because I was blocking a fire hydrant I'm not sure what the ticket read long time ago but is it legal to park in the culvasac?

I think you mean cul-de-sac....and yes, you can park in one, but NOT in front of a hydrant

you can park as long as you are parrel to the sidewalk. not straight in
