Im 17 got caught speeding in ct 50 in a 25.got my license taken away for 48 hour whats going to happen?

i got 211 for the speeding ticket and i wanna know if i pay the ticket do i have to get my license suspended for 60 days like it says or should i just plead not guilty and try to get away with it ? It was my own car my own registration nd my own insurance. the cop made me get 7 diff rent people with licenses before he let me go home whats going to happen please help

The first question is were you really going 50 miles per hour in a 25 mile per hour zone?

If you were not going that fast I recommend that you interview several attorneys who defend traffic tickets.

This will give you a good idea whether or not you have an effective defense.

If it appears that you have an effective defense, I recommend that you hire the attorney who appears to be most knowledgable and also has a good winning record in court.

The attorney fees will probably be more than the cost of the ticket, however if you were not really going 50 miles per hour, but perhaps 40 miles per hour you will do much better to defend yourself in court with an attorney.

Tough luck. You shoulda thought of that. And now you are going to cost your parents a lot of $$$.Learn from your mistake and face up to it.
