Hello, Im a 18 Year old male One day me and my other half was shopping and we was gettng Verbal abbuse from a bunch of girls around 2pm, In super drug they started on my girlfreind after giving more Verbal abbuse. i walked up too them and said leave my girlfreind out of it it has nothing too do with you with that one of the girls pushed my and i came back on my balance too findmysel Headdbutting the girl sending her headbackwards. Now this is all on camara. i got charged with Abh but pleaded Not guilty (as it was clash of heads or as my solicitor says Self defence) i previousely was servre bullied by girls so felt Uneasy with the group of girls giving me abbuse.
All there Statments are differat One saying tey didnt know me. Others saying hey did.one saying Girl A new me. but girl A said girl B new me. Girl A who the clash happend with Admited pushing me first and harrasing me. I fund out she was 14 years old (evan though she is bigger then me in every way and this was in school hours,so she was skipping)
i have too go back on the 16th of june. and im surprised that it hasent been thrown out looking at the statment's but as it is... what would i be looking too get?

Don't worry, everything will be ok. All you can do is tell your side of the story and be truthful. Bring to light the inconsistency of the statements they made. You didn't kill anybody so I highly doubt you'll be in any real trouble, if any at all.You sound innocent to me. I don't know where you are from but here in CA I was charged with assault & battery (yes i did it on purpose cuz he held my arms while he let someone else hit me) and well, I ended up doing community service. |

WHAT? Wow, good luck in court if this is how articulate you are. This makes very little sense. GET a lawyer to speak for you! You will get swallowed up in court if you defend yourself. Furthermore, a lawyer will be able to answer your legal questions. |
