its up to the officer.(called officer descretion) u can go to jail or they can confiscate it and give u a warning. |

In California that's a Felony. You don't want that. Go to a truck stop and see the knives there, most drivers carry them, they clip on the pocket. The law says the blade must have some resistance to opening so you can't just flip it. I don't know what the laws are for minors. |

no if you get caught by the cops they'll ask if you have any weapons on you? and just be honest and say you have a knife in your pocket, they'll take it out just so they make sure you dont hurt them. you cant get in trouble for having it. |
