Go to court when you are ordered and tell the judge exactly what happened. I doubt it will help much, but the judge may show leniency. Do not tell them you can't afford a fine because they don't care. If you cant do the time then don't do the crime. Why were you naked in a place where there are kids present anyway. Pretty good judgment you have there.

When the judge throws the book at you be sure to catch it so you can use the paper for fig leaves. The fine is usually 30 days in jail with no clothes . Good luck.

yes go to court. Most judges will work with you on a case like this. (I got caught giving my bf a bj in a public parking lot.) You were following your natural instincts. Just keep it indoors and behind curtains from now on. Depends on the judge, you could work out payment arrangements, possibly ask if you could do community service instead of paying a fine. Worked for me. Good luck.

yeah you have to go to court and if you cant pay the fine liklyhood is either community service or possibly some jail time WTF were you doing naked in the snow

Seriously, if your parents have the dough, ask them for a needed advance. Make something up (you need a new computer or your car needs a repair). That should cover it. Try a cash advance on a credit card, they'll eat you alive, but your secret will be safe. Ask 50 people to lend you 20 bucks (or however much the fine is).

If you can come up with the money over a period of time, the court may be willing to accept that. Speak to the court clerk's office and explain the situation. They may delay the court case for a few weeks, or if you are going to plead guilty, they may make arraingements for payment. This depends on your court system, but most can work with you.

the park is a public area so you can not use that to defend yourselves
you live together or you have a place to live, so you can not state that for your help
you were not drumk
so, it looks like you knew what you were doing at the consequences.
I think that it will be worst if don`t go to the court.
In the same time, your parents may understand this and just leave it and help you out.
You need somebody to give you the moeny for that, so the parents are the only one that could help.

if you can't pay the find there are a couple of alternatives:
1. spend x # of hours performing community work
2. in house arrest
3. actual jail time
4. fine suspended with probation time assigned
