Yeah, but hes not a real smack head is he ? He can afford to take smack (without doing what alot of smack heads do for their money) - and can afford top notch treatmeant for it when he can be arsed. He can also afford proper legal representation if he needs it.

Pete doherty is a first class clown and how and why he manages to consistently flout the law is beyond me. He is a total disgrace and should get a "paris hilton" but for a lot longer. Get rid please an do us all a favour.

I doubt it. Most smack heads have to steel for there gear, so when they end up in court its usually because they have been caught steeling and any gear they have is for personal use. The biggest difference is that he can pay for re-hab, where others have to earn a place by staying off for a period of time before they get in.
