In my city they must report the fight to 911. In front, nearby or in the rear. If they do not they get a ticket. If they over served and that may have caused the fight they get reported to the liqueur commission and can get their license suspended. If someone is seriously injured and they over served the offender they can be sued under the dram shop act. With a license to serve alcohol they get a greater community responsibility then do private persons. |
