Is a terrorist like Kasab liable for justice?

In our country even terrorists have got right to get justice! Terrorists should not be given any freedom and they should be punished harshly so that other terrorists in the future do not dare to attack india. Our government is too weak for fighting terrorism. Even though we know that terrorists are originated in Pakistan we do not take any strict steps against pakistan and we keep on doing SHANTI MANTRANS. India is a noble country and we have to rebuild the noble ideals of the past, even if we have to forget our peace ideals and undertake terrorism with harsh steps. DO share your comments please my dear indian friends.

Well, every person has the right to seek justice. Don't you think that all he did was after being brain washed. Don't get me wrong I am not at all supporting a terrorist. Its just that he too has the right to seek justice at least from somewhere when his own country isn't supporting him. Well if all terrorists are hanged straight away, they will not really get time to realize and regret for whatever they have done. I think he is realizing(maybe) as he is reading an autobiography of Mahatma Gandhi in his cell.
Well, as an indian I truly respect your feelings and I agree that our govt is too weak. .

Prosecuting some accused criminal without a trial is not a very civilized approach. Every criminal has a right to an attorney and a fair trial.

Terrorist like Kasab who are caught red handed should be given instant justice. They should be hanged immediately. This will not Only deter other terrorists but also save time of courts which they can spend on other cases.
In the name of justice we are doing in justice by giving him more time to live and make a merry of undeserved publicity.

In a civilised country like India even a terrorist is supposed to get a fair trial, thereby giving the entire world a positive signal about the Indian justice system.

Justice does not mean setting that 8a5tard free. Let him under go trial, but at the end we want the law to be tough on him.

giving punishment to one or two terrorists is not the solution,to destroy a tree you have to put acid in the roots not on the leafs.

Terrorist or any other terrorist organisations are not liable for any kind of justice in india, these people never think twice before killing innocent people, so why we should think so much before hanging them, according to me these kind of people should be just hanged after the investigation is over & they should not be provided any legal help.
