hat in the classroom in a state university by a professor during an exam without warning against any laws? Maybe gainst some kind of freedom of speach extension?

Before you do anything i would look into the schools regulations on the classroom. Having said that it seems like its against your rights and something you could go after if there's nothing in the college bylaws about it. then it gets messy lol.

This could be a freedom of expression violation, but I wouldn't go against the professor's wishes as they determine your grade. You would run into more problems that way. I would just listen and remove my hat, it could also be the Universities policy. |

No. There is no concievable way in which being required to remove your hat during an examination is equivalent to suppression of your free speech. |

I find it extremely sad that you are a college student and can't spell speech.
As a student, your acceptance into a school requires you to comply with the rules, laws and policies in place.
If you choose to violate or ignore those, you can be disciplined by the school, up to and including expulsion.
